Returning exhibitors, your payment and reservation MUST be submitted by 01.31.25 in order to keep your same location. No Exceptions!
Full Payment is due once your application has been approved - an invoice will be emailed to you for payment. You can also mail a check payable to DSM Events, 1100 Vista Drive, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86404.
Applications completed AFTER 01.31.2025 are subject to standard rates. All fields in this form are required for submission. If the field does not apply, fill in with N/A.

Move-In:
Wednesday, April 16th ONLY with special permissions and arrangements by the event staff. If you want to help reduce the chaos of Thursday, we welcome your inquiry. Please note there is NOT security on site for this night.
Thursday, April 17th 8 am to 5 pm ONLY!
Friday, April 18th 8 am to 11 am ONLY!
Show Hours:
Friday, April 18th Noon to 6 pm
Saturday, April 19th 10 am to 6 pm
Sunday, April 20th 10 am to 6 pm
Pack Up & Move Out:
Sunday, April 20th AFTER 3 pm
Monday, April 21st BEFORE Noon
Security will be present from Thursday, April 17th through Monday, April 21st at Noon.
All exhibitor booths must be staffed during show hours.
Generators are NOT permitted. Only with the exception and permission of event management. These arrangements must be discussed at the time of application. The use of a generator may have an impact on exhibitor location.
Exhibitors are responsible for their own move-in, move-out , booth display and equipment (i.e. tents, tables, chairs, weights, signage, etc.). All exhibitor tents must be secured with weights at a minimum of 40 lbs. in the event of inclement weather. Any property that may be damaged because of such is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Permits and City Licenses are to be followed for all applicable exhibitors including but not limited to:
Arizona TPT for all tangible & taxable items that are being sold.

Alcohol beverages that are on site from outside sources have a ZERO tolerance. You will be asked to pack up and escorted off premises. This instance will forfeit your opportunity to be a part of future shows. This violation goes against the Lake Havasu Marine Association’s fundraising efforts, in addition to the event’s permit and licenses. Food, beverage and beer will be available for purchase on-site during show hours.
Applications received on or before midnight of January 31st, 2025 will be offered EARLY BIRD RATES and all applications received after midnight on January 31st, 2025 STANDARD RATES will apply. If this is your first year applying for the show you will ONLY be billed once determined the event has the space. Your fee will be based on the date your application was submitted.
